Cancellation Policy

If an order has been placed on buzzy.com.ph, but the project has not been paid for and you wish to cancel, you may send a cancellation request. Orders that have not been paid for will not be fulfilled.

Once payment has been made, it is highly discouraged to cancel your order as you may leverage the revisions allowed per order instead.

If a project has been placed and paid for and the first draft has not been produced/submitted by the creator, and you wish to cancel, you may send a cancellation request and be refunded a maximum of 80% of the amount paid.

If the creator has produced a first draft, and you wish to cancel, you may send a cancellation request and be refunded a maximum of 30% of the amount paid.

If the creator has produced a second draft of the project due to a revision request, you may no longer be able to request for a refund for the cancellation. However, cases with need for third party resolution can be raised to the Buzzy Management Team for further investigation.
